Pet Pawty Kit
I developed a business plan to create, "Pet Pawty Kit" to celebrate any event big or small in your pet's life. The harsh reality is, pets are a part of our lives, but to our pets we are their whole life. Life is short so celebrating the little things is extra important to me. When doing research, I discovered:
- 67% of U.S. households own a pet (84.9 million homes)
- Americans are increasingly choosing pets over kids
- An increase of pet ownership because of COVID-19
- Americans spent $103.6 billion on their pet in 2020.
The "Pet Pawty Kit" would contain everything you would need to celebrate your pet big or small. Each kit has different options, but all include items for your pet and fun activities and recipes for the humans to enjoy!
The Pet Pawty Kit won first place in the Best Use of Experience Economic Strategies category at the College of Human Sciences 2021 Entrepreneurship Showcase. Judges based awards on the proposed business strategy incorporating substantial experiential aspects that add higher levels of value to business.
